looking at the world through my pair of rose glazed eyes.

itunes is spinning: Armor For Sleep - "kind of perfect"

can i just be something, somewhere in your room
that you wont notice
maybe ill be paper or books thrown on your floor
move me when you want to ill live where you put me
in your VCR if i become a cassete
or on top of your computer if thats where i would fit
then so be it
but things cant be perfect all the time
that i know sometimes we just have to let some things go
i will not say one word ill just hang around
i wont annoy you at all
when you move out ill stay until im thrown away
but then it wont matter
things can't be perfect all the time

*boys: heed my warning now, the following is a post dedicated entirely to my shopping excursion on this day of this month.
my day today started out with the usual routine of waking up for a good two episodes of dawson's creek at ten am. snif, it's so sad we're on season six already!! and there's only about a handful of episodes left. sigh. i'll be sad when this time has come and gone and there is no longer dawson's creek for me to watch. then what followed was just a randomness that i dont' even remember what happened, i only know that i sat at home for a good few hours waiting for the building lady to come see if we had any maintenance left to do in our apt. it's safe to say that she never showed up. so then i indulged myself with another good session of msn therapy, where i caught miss kristin green at work slacking off! haha we made plans for a jenny and krissy shopping extravaganza at sherway after she was done work. it was exciting we haven't gone shoppping in wayyyy to long. suffice enough to say that i whipped her bum back into shape. tsk, shame on those who don't work out their shopping habits on a regular basis. our exciting buy of the day were winter booties! yes you hear correct winter booties! i was very muchos excited about my hot pink winter booties. miss kristin bought hers in a nice tan colour. we can be twinnies and match awwww. after my shopping extravaganza with her, i came home to bring jonny to the post office. haha needless to say we ended up at another mall, where i then began a search for the Armor for Sleep's debut "dream to make believe" cd. (*on a side note here, at the current moment i am experience burst of immense pain from pins and needles sprouting up my foot/leg ahhh) but of course the cd was no where to be found except for hmv who sells it for a million bucks. but armor for sleep has been my latest infatuation. i've been enjoying, i recommend a download esp the songs, "kind of perfect"/"raindrops"/"frost and front steps"/"being your walls"/ heck who am i kidding the whole cd is good, i downloaded the whole thing i bits and pieces off poison but not all of them are excellent quality. i am enjoying me new found music love. ok back to my shopping story, so jon has this twenty five dollar gift thingy for cadillac fairview malls and he's been trying for a while now to find something good to buy at good old erin mills, but sadly it has been in vain, erin mills just isn't jons' calling. so of course being the great shopping martyr i am, i volunteered to go back to sherway, (also a caddy mall) to allow him the joy of which is called sporting life. but not before i had the change to chug down a good cold can of nestea. man i was thirsty, it's a sacrifice for shopping no time to eat or drink. but anyways so we went to sherway, but secretly i just really wanted to go back and try on the hot billabong bikini i saw earlier. heh, what an juxtapose of two items i bought today. pink booties vs. my sexy new bikini. they both win on my accounts. i have to stop now, this has been my fifth and counting bikini i've bought this summer season. and of course once i shop sporting life i cannot stop. i also bought this black eyelet purse from volcom that i've been eyeing for months, cept now it's on sale! weee, and funny to say that kristin and i were talking earlier about how we thought that ponchos woudln't last long in the style area, and then a couple of hours later i jet off to buy myslf a sexy mesh poncho from of course volcom. i'm still undecided if i'm going to keep it. hmm. but all in all a good day's work done shopping. we treated ourselves to a sushi dinner. yummm.

now i'm going to rest my tired little feeties,

it's eleven-three-three: today i spent almost 6 hours doing a well needed bout of retail therapy in one mall then another then back at one. man i'm a total shopaholic.add.ict.

raindrops are falling on my ever so slowly losing hope of a heart.

iTunes is spinning: Josh Zandman - "Beautiful" (click to hear)

rain can be so awesome sometimes, but at other times it can be a huge downer... kind of like boys : a somewhat analogy fun. on the good days, there'll be gentle summer raining down on you bare back while he'll just be by your side snuggling into your dampness and kissing a wet cheek.... but then there are other days when the rain is just depressing and neverending and it's kind of chilly outside like he's turned his back on you and gone to find himself sunshine somewhere/one else. then there's the neutral ground when rain brings in a thunderstorm that's a natural lightshow, kind of like really great sex.

i think today is neither a outofthisworld lightening storm nor is it a blessing of gentle summer rain.

it's ten-one-seven: and a la Carrie style, i swear on my non existent Chanel that no second coming stormy rainy days will ever let me down again, i won't let it happen, _ever again_

but hey, tomorrow.... i'll be leaving normal.....

the soon to be mrs. josh hartnett

itunes is spinning: The Early November - "my sleep pattern changed"

for those who don't already know my on-going crush-borderling-stalker-obessession with an ever so hollywood hottie, mr josh hartnett, well... now you do.

but for those who haven't heard me rant about how i'm not-so-patiently waiting on my lobum-scantily-clad-in a pink thong for his new movier to come out, well.... now you do. as well.

so here's some shameless josh promotion, way to go hubby!!! his new movie Wicker Park comes out in the early september time period. the trailer doesn't speak volumes but my brown eye, messy hair babe tells all. yum yum. and if that hasn't sold you yet, well here's yet another all too rare movie that boosts an a class soundtrack here's an exerpt from the big guys telling modern rock how the album is simple ubertastic:

The film is an obsessive love story, and the soundtrack absolutely captures that feeling – when you listen to it, you’re completely immersed in this very personal, wanting place.

It is truly an alignment of the stars to have the theme from a movie about obsessive love from 20 years ago [1984's "Against All Odds"] – that also happened to be a #1 hit and is The Postal Service's first soundtrack contribution – on this record. When I reached out to the band's label about getting something from them for Wicker Park, they said, "We have this non-album track; it's a cover of a pop song called 'Against All Odds.'" I was floored. I said, "You’ve got to be kidding." For me, personally, that’s the crown jewel of this album

Wicker Park Soundtrack
1. Maybe Tomorrow – Stereophonics
2. Everybody Is Somebody – Lifehouse (exclusive for soundtrack)
3. A Movie Script Ending – Death Cab For Cutie (unreleased acoustic version)
4. How To Be Dead – Snow Patrol
5. Lover’s Spit – Broken Social Scene*
6. Retour A Vega – The Stills (unreleased track)
7. Flowers in December – Mazzy Star
8. When The Day Is Done – The Legends
9. When I Goosestep – The Shins (rare, non-album track)
10. Light Switch – Jaime Wyatt (exclusive for soundtrack)
11. These Days – Mates of State (rare, non-album track)
12. All I Do - +/-
13. We Have a Map of the Piano – Mum
14. Against All Odds – Postal Service (rare, non-album track)
15. Strange and Beautiful – Aqualung
16. I know You Are But What Am I? - Mogwai
17. The Scientist – Johnette Napolitano (exclusive Coldplay cover for soundtrack)

(*pssst hey mr bradley cale, i think you'll be impressed with the ever so hot on your playlist, broken social scene appearance!)

of course, this mayhaps boost the first single for The Postal Service.

it's eleven-on-the-dot: and joey FINALLY made a date with the ever so hot character played on DC by Oliver Hudson, man good looks run among those hudsons.

trying to keep my insanity

itunes is spinning: Taking Back Sunday - "...slowdance on the inside"

okay, so it's monday night and i have an essay topic due for my "international art since 1940" art history class tomorrow. so i've known about this ever since the class started bout 3 weeks ago. and of course, i haven't done it yet. i think i almost peed my pants when i found out that this essay will eventually be worth 70% of my mark when it's handed in and marked. YIKES. plus side is that that's pretty much the only big thing due in the class. down side is that's a whole lot of percentage weighing upon one essay. *sigh. i hate essays. all the kids in the world who hate essays raise your goofy hand up!!!

in the meantime my latest guilty pleasure *evilgrins* hee hee hee. welcome jenny back to the procrastination world she never left. silly jenny, tricks are always for kids.

[] BUBBLE WRAP[]

it's nine-thirty-five: and i'm pop-a-pop-a-popping away. and only a few more hours to go before i really have to settle down and REALLy think of an essay topic. till then, 'go nuts;.

it's a leggy summer

itunes is spinning: Less Than Jake - "The Brightest Bulb Has Burned Out"

tis was a blistering hot HOT summer's day with temperatures soaring above 40 with the hovering humidity around. and with the hot weather comes the mini mini skirts. the hotter the weather, the shorter the skirt it seems. i'm an avid wearer, for one who doesn't really like to wear shorts i'm a fan of the mini (also the cooper). they come one all sizes and colours. pink's the best of course....

however, this is jenny's mini-skirt tip of the day:
don't wear short mini skirts on a windy day.... unless you like flashing some ass (in which case i'm a healthy participant of), then i'd advise investing in a cute pair of flashable underooos.

also, on my favourite subject topic, underoos, it never gets old and really who doesn't like a cute pair of underwears on a nice bum. for your comic pleasure:

remember when....

it's eleven-fitty-tree: do you know where your favourite pink thong is?

in other good news i got into residence, now i'm just waiting to see if we actually got into the phase we wanted! yikes!

it's twelve-o-two: and i'm down for another corona with a twist of lime

girls night out

itunes is spinning: boys night out - "hold on tightly, let go lightly"

well, last night four hot girls went out to downtown toronto and we painted the city pink! literally, hot pink pumps were kicking it on our feeties. all in attendence was horny heather, kool katie, luscious lauren and juicy jenny. good times girls. on the way down we had the FUCKING BEST SUBWAY GUY DRIVER EVER!, osss-sss-ssss-ington! or our own little rendition "next stop is spa-GINA!we hit up my apartment first, it was better than last time we went, hot boys all around good cheap drinks, then we headed off to tonic to dance the night away. we had to endure a while of really really horrible music before one or two good songs showed up before it was just back to being, horirble music. heee. the usual music you'll find at a dance club. sometimes, just sometimes, or all the time, i really wish the DJ woudl just spontaneously bust out some brand new or taking back sunday, how that would rock my dancing world. if only. all in all, it was a ridiculously good night.

here are some tips i re-learned:
1. drinking on an empty stomach is a bad idea
2. dancing in fucking hot pink pumps is a bad idea
3. fat ugly guys trying to bump and grind with hot girls is a bad idea.
4. going from one place with some hot boys to a place with no hot boys is a bad idea.

but in all the bad there is always good:
1. having a fricking Aplus subby driver makes the trip down that much more memorable, we cheered him on as we exited
2. 2.50 drinks is a good thing
3. 4 hot girls together means line by pass
4. pigout session after a night of drinking is tradition.

that's almost all folks to recapture the pre-night of going out, is the ritual jagabillion vogueshots, complete with teaching lauren how to smile properly and taking it till we get it right. we missed out on a little girl on girl action pictures though. till next time!

click on me and major to get to the album!

and then the camera ran out of batteries so what happened in the clubs stays in the clubs.!

it's eight-twenty-one: and no, the madness doesn't stop here, tonight is another good night of fun. the district never sleeps and least not tonight.

bed head hair and a sad excuse for pajamas.

itunes is spinning: Taking Back Sunday - "New American Classic"

you've got to get better it's all in your head
we could live through these letters or forget it all together
see the months they don't matter it's the days I can't take
when the hours move to minutes and I'm seconds away

just ask the question come untie the knot
say you won't care say you won't care
retrace the steps as if we forgot
say you won't care say you won't care
we tried to avoid it but there's not a doubt
and there's one thing I can do nothing about

when all that you need is just a reaction
it's too much to ask for when there's no attraction anymore
when chasing our dreams is just a distraction
i want to remember when I know that I can't go back

so at i sit here at six-fourty-four am, there is ONE minute before i can officially login to ROSI to start my registering for another fun year at utm AHHH time to register.

welps, i managed to get the courses i wanted all except for one downtown course that i wanted THE MOST, but its not quite yet our registration time yet, so booourns. and it seems like the class is full anyways but it was the one art history class in the whole wide world of academic history that i actually WANTED to take for my own pure interest too bad the class was called "Fashion, Culture and Consumption" how perfect. *sigh. i still have hope though. i'm still looking for a few credits to take but it seems that i have to wait till the second registration period. yay. the school gods seem to make my schedule this year a lot less painful to deal with thank god, but it still doesn't mean that it's filled with naptimes and playtimes. but at least i only have one class that runs till nine on monday, the rest of the days i finish pretty early with like one class a day. but no days off. screwed again.

in other news i'm sooooooo tired and i have an oral presentation due on this article today. i hate stuff like this, my lack of interest in the area only further fuels to my procrastination on the whole assignment itself.

at least i can look forward to a fun day, seems like i'll be painting the downtown core of toronto bright pink alongside with my packster the Mc-Lo and the mcdonald. the sounds of it is that we'll be hitting up a corona party. me likeys the sounds of that. can't wait can't wait can't wait. t minus a jagabillllllion hours left to go. tear.

it's seven-o-nine: and i'm about to go back to sleep. there is a god. gotta go replenish the juicy-ness.

if found, please return to no one.

itunes is spinning: the movielife - "kelly"

"a second chance is nothing if nothings learned from past mistakes

the surefire way to make a girl's heart go pitter patter. the sight of an unmistakably tealy greeny-blue coloured packaging.

'they may have muscles, but we have our tiffany.' -cortney from outback jack. with the flood of reality shows that are on our airwaves these days, i still manage to find one that doesn't entirely piss me off.

it's funny how i can always find parallels between television and my own real life and with that i return to my dawson's creek kof life. where i have:
dawson: the ever so almost perfect boyfriend, but no matter what he'll always be there and he'll try his damnedest to win his 'joey'.
pacey: the bad boy in town who wants to get into everyone's pants and whom you want to have your own turn with.
jack: the token gay guy who you'll have a ball with because you don't have to worry about him getting the wrong ideas.

on a side note: i love the act of brushing your teeth side by side with the one you enjoy making googly eyes and frothy toothpaste grins all the while knowing that you don't have to look perfect all the time with him because he'll always make you feel like you're perfect already.

it's ten-thirty-eight: and i have an oral report on pop art due tomorrow. yikes. but first things first, back to dawson's creek on tbs every weekday a double episode from 10-12. welcome to my world.

sending out a sos to the world

itunes is spinning: The Ataris - "Unopened Letter To the World"

one girly scream: "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

i was sitting ever so innocently minding my own when out of nowhere a wasp zips out 2 feet away from my face. i think i just had a premature heart attack

it's one-twenty-one: someone save me from the attack of the lone wasp.

your eyes tell the stories of a day you wish you could

itunes is spinning: Coheed and Cambria " A Favour House Atlantic"

so are you in or are you out?

yesterday i was out and about at wonderland. aka. waitingland. true enough, waitingland lived up to its name. we went on a total of 2 rides and the waterpark. it was packed with people of all ages. at least i didn't feel like an overgrown kiddy this time.

today was the day i finally watched spiderman 2. it's everything but a let down. it was good. except for that one part i missed in the middle coz my pee bag was really really full and in dire need of emptying. stupid pee bag. if anyone has a bigger pink pee bag for sale i might be interested. hee. eww.

tomorrow, i think i'll write a letter. christmas is still a few months away but, Dear Santa,: this is what i reallywant for chrissy-mas this year:

thank you, me love you long time.

it's one-twenty-four: and it's damn hot muggy outside. i need some naked man slaves to fan me down.

never hard to get, always hard to keep.

itunes is spinning: Nick Gilder - "Hot Child In The City"

"hot child in the city
runnin' wild and lookin' pretty
hot child in the city

so young to be loose and on her own/ young boys, they all want to take her home/ she goes downtown, the boys all stop and stare/ when she goes downtown/ she walks like she just don't care, care"

i watched King Arthur tonight. it was good. i'm not going to say anything that'll spoil the movie for anyone. but there were definitely some really dramatically good scenes and not to mention some good one-liners and comic relief provided by one of the knights. i definitely enjoyed this movie. and i've acquired a new crush his name is mr. lancelot and goddamn he was hot in the movie.

we got out of the movie at around midnight-ish and decided to go downtown to visit Lauren who was doing Molsen work at Philthy McNasty's up by yonge and eglinton. man. we got there a little bit before 1. and there was still a lineup and they weren't letting anyone in really. so we waited till 1:30 before we got in. but when we got in i saw lauren and it was all good again. my little Mc-Lo.

all in all a well saturday night spent. kissies to all that made it funtabulous.

it's four-o-eight: and hopefully insomnia won't keep me up till well after the sunrises again. in the meantime, enjoy the nice weather. it was a nice one today. hot child in the city.

painting away my blues with a pink cadillac

itunes is spinning: Teitur - "I Was Just Thinking" (it's melt in your pink underpants good, "we all need a little more tim+ryan(s)").

one word: insomnia.

and this totally describes what i'm feeling like right now:

running forwards, or is that actually backwards? into a void distant dream. with a silly grin that seems to come out of the floating feeling my head is currently experiencing. with eyes wide and not from childhood innocence.......... heee

and no i do not work an early morning job nor do i work the graveyard shift anywhere. in fact i dont' even have a job right now, so i'm renting out my services of a part-time trophy girlfriend. rates start at around $100/hr and i come complete with all certificates and report card of:
sewing 101 - F
cooking 101 - D
shopping 401 - A+++
read the fine print: i'm not yours to keep, at least not forever.
to inquire more about these services or regarding anything in general to the colour pink (thongs) please feel free to contact me.

it's six-thirty-three: the sun's up and i'm about to go to sleepys.

my endless summer

itunes is spinning: Wilson Phillips - "Hold On" (ahh my favourite 80s tune)

recap: sooo after eating a full dindin at lauren's house of delissios pizza, i then came home and headed out to moxies with jon and ken. it was martini night!!! mmm. i enjoy moxie drink-days:
mon-beery-day
tue-margarita-day
wednes-belliniday
thurs-martini-day
fri-maritini-day.

sat and sunday they take a day off for the liver to rest. my martini glass was not the tradition longer stemmed glasses, in it's place is a new generation of martini glasses that i see popping of nowhere, he's an example of what i'm talking about:

interesting huh. it looks like a 'special' cup.

nonetheless my 'endless summer' martini was superb-o, with absolut kurant/triple sec/and lemonade. yummy. i wish i was drunk and shitfaced. sadly. i'm not. we ended the night with a few games of pool at ESC. and i guess mrs. 'claudia' gamalinda went home early to spend some quality time with her hubby since i didn't see her asking if we needed drinks. hee.

on another sad topic, i needs to get out. evidently i haven't seen ANY of the latest big blockbusters. i'm still dying to see spiderman2 and still waiting on a dodgeball viewing that and more and more and more movies will come out soon. someone take this girl out!!

it's two-twenty-one: i smell stinky.

where have all the good guys gone?

itunes is spinning: Avril Lavigne - "My Happy Ending"

"you were everything, everything that I wanted/we were meant to be, supposed to be, but we lost it/all of the memories, so close to me, just fade away/all this time you were pretending/so much for my happy ending"

so this afternoon i went to the fringe festival to see one of my bestests, lauren 'prettiest of the prettys' mcHoe (the pretty dumb blonde with me in the snapshots on the side-click for a bigger version), perform in a play titled "looney bin" it was ri-donk-a-donkulous!! it was definitely a crowd pleaser and thoroughly enjoyable. good times had by all attending. then afterwards we proceeded to head down to queen st to get our shop on! definitely didn't need to buy any MORE stuff, but what i can i say, i'm a slave to fashion.

i also popped by tribal to have my tongue bar reduced to a shorter one and while we were there waiting for it to happen these three girls was sitting also waiting to have something pierced, and the next piercer guy to come out to attend to them was the big guy Jon. if you've been to tribal you'll know who i'm talking, he's the one who pierced my tongue-both times. these girls were all scared and freaking out that this big huge guy was piercing them. it was funny since he's such a nice guy and talks you through the whole thing and really putting you to ease. i give jon a 5 thumbs up. anyways so they go in and come out later all smiles and lollipops. so what did they get pierced you ask. well they all come out holding a part of their shirt away from one booby. so does that answer it? and from the hears of it, it doesn't really hurt that much, and hurts even less for a girl. go being a girl-even though i'm unable to just pop a squat behind a bush and let out a really good pee. that and i don't really have the desire to sit in front of a teevee playing video games for 6 hours or maybe more.

on a side note
it's nine-twenty-four: and honestly, i really don't know where all the good guys have gone, prolly into the arms of a equally wonderful girl. guys are just down right shady these days, it's easy to love but it's hard to trust. it's everyone's downfall i guess. i can only hope. that my dream guy is out there. someday, one day. in the meantime. keeeeep on trucking!!!

ode from a rock-struck-starlet.

itunes is spinning: Senses Fail-"Rum is For Drinking, Not Burning."

just a quickie post for my 'A'-Star rocker friend. he sings for a band by the name of A Constant Reminder. they remind me alot of matchbook romance and senses fail-two sweet goodies. so they're playing at RAXX in brampton tonight around ten-o-clock-ish and hey ladies, if you want to have some flood-age he'll serenade the shits outta any pink undies.

this one's for you cunningham!

it's four-O-three: and i'm about to conquer my art history class!

they will see us waving from such great heights.

itunes is spinning: need i say, The Postal Service - "Such Great Heights"

" i am thinking it's a sign
that the freckles in our eyes
are mirror images
and when we kiss
they're perfectly aligned."

with an awesome song like that i'm compelled to promote a movie that's highly competing for the top "most anticipation in waiting for this film to come out so i can watch it already" spot. the movie is called Garden State. this movie has succesfully braved the sundance film festival comes from the mind of a bright young man by the name of Zach Braff who wrote/directed/AND stars in the movie, for those who have trouble recognizing the name, it's the dude from the tvseries Scrubs, starring alongside of braff is miss natalie portman who needs no explanation. this movie definitely looks like it'll be far from being a dissapointment so go check out the trailer in the link. AND if you needed more persuasion to come join me in the waiting line, the soundtrack boasts the awesomeness that is the sensational The Postal Service, the song "such great heights" (iron and wine cover) is played in the movie as if that's not hint enough that this is of grade juicy standards. it's out on august sixth two-o-o-four.

and in the latest news coverage: as i sit on my bed, ibook in my lap on this wednesday july seventh 2oo4 i came face to face with the worst thing that could ever happen to me _ever_ ok so maybe not to me me but to my bank account. the devil's name is www.ebay.com and here are just a few items i've put a bid on today:
-a volcom cowboy hat.
-a volcom pursey purse.
-a volcom scout hat.
-a volcom patch.

and here are some things i've managed to HOLD myself back on putting a bid on as i'll never be able to afford it right now anyways:
-a sexy sexy pink infused snowboard.
-a custom made volcom lamp.
-my sanity.*

*on a side note all donations to the cure for jennifer's chronic shopping addiction foundation can be made out in the form of :
-cash money.
-cheque.
-all major credit cards excepted.
-ebay's way. 'paypal'.

i'm not sure why i've never ventured into the world of ebay before but perhaps my subconsciousness was sleeping today as i wandered in like a kiddy at the candy store, eyes wide and glazed over. i hope Pierre Omidyar (fyi:father of ebay) feels guilty that i've found another source of giving the bankaccount a really hardcore run at fast becoming a master of anorexia.

it's ten-fifty-six: and i know where my money is today.

first day at blogger schoolio

itunes is spinning: mr john mayer's "love song for no one" a sure bet to make any girl's heart swoon or at least mine.

intro: well, i guess on a lonely breezy tuesday night/wednesday wee early morning hours i've finally succumbed to the joining of the blogger family. mayhaps out of another conquest of my procrastinator-partner-in-crime or perhaps i'm just cool! mmm i'll go with a lil' of column 'a' and then a lil' of column 'b'. and then add a lil' jenn ('s got the beat to make your booty go *clap*).

so this was also my first day of the second semester of summer school. i've got a sexy AST201H class at ten and then i fall asleep till about twelve is when we get off. then i have an even sexier six hour, i reapeat six hour break until my hot FAH402H class comes along at six p-m till 8 p-m. good times had by all attending. oh wait. doh. it's just me. if you're downtown between 12 and 6 on tuesday and thursdays i'll be in the library, i'm the one drooling in the corner trying to catch up on some sleepys.

it's twelve-fitty-nine: do you know where your chocolate is?
