i'm not sure exactly how it happened but i think it was along the lines of i met you and you met me.

iTunes is spinning: taking back sunday -"make damn sure."

so as i feel like i am running the last leg of this race called "finishing university" i feel as though my training as a high school track star has failed. what used to be the anchor of a 4x4 relay team has now dwindled to what i call a mess. i have exactly one day left to crank out one project, and two assignments. . .so this is what it feels like to be a slacker.

however, on the bright side, my awesome skills at being a procrastinator left me to reminisce on the travel diaries of last summer as this summer (hopefully) approches i leave you a snappy.

caption one: i was in this one bookstore in florence on a nice sunday morning purusing when i suddenly heard thunder loud panting coming from somewhere in the store, one peek around a wooden cornered bookshelf and i was faced with this muscle packed creature. he definitely fits into the "so ugly, it's cute" category. i shall name him howard.

when summer comes, i think i need to recruit some roadie buddies. those interested please apply within.

it is four two one pm: and the sun is shining bright outside, but not in here.

...

iTunes is spinning: the postal service-"sleeping in"

Last week I had the strangest dream
Where everything was exactly how it seemed
Where there was never any mystery of who shot John F. Kennedy
It was just a man with something to prove
Slightly bored and severely confused
He steadied his rifle with his target in the center
And became famous on that day in November

Don't wake me I plan on sleeping
Don't wake me I plan on sleeping in
Don't wake me I plan on sleeping
Don't wake me I plan on sleeping in

And then last night I had that strange dream
Where everything was exactly how it seemed
Where concerns about the world getting warmer
The people thought they were just being rewarded
For treating others as they like to be treated
For obeying stop signs and curing diseases
For mailing letters with the address of the sender
Now we can swim any day in November.

it's nine two nine pm: and i'll see the sun shine again after april 13th.
