a little too late and yet never a perfect date.

iTunes is spinning: armor for sleep -"phantoms now"

my dose of obsessive glossy magazine reading has returned in a bout of full force fashion/beauty/sex advice frenzy. my latest reads have included one of the best jane magazine issues i've ever read. the february one with miss hilton on the cover and now of a low price of 2.99! awesome! inside it included the tidbits of showing mr brendan canning of broken social scene at one of jane's random poker parties, to the featurette of miss rachel yamagata's "five must-include tracks for a teary breakup which include the following: 1. roberta flack -"the ballad of the sad young men" 2. gladys knight and the piops -"neither one of us (wants to be the first to say goodbye)" 3. shirley horn -"where do you start?" 4. the beatles -"something" 5. barbra streisand -"the way we were".

next on the hot track list to read was cosmopolitan. this is a must read and just one hit would tell you why it's so addictive. not only does the march issue the sexy drool worthy miss alba, it also has the perfect balance of gossip/sex tips/celebrity feature/beauty/fashion. not a little too much of one... well maybe more of a particular tip than the rest. but overall it's never a bad choice. and the list goes on.
