a sparkling entangled lace of lust.
iTunes is spinning: death cab for cutie -"405"so. latest news just in. i'm offically addict.ed to addict.ed to shopping. today the bradley and i headed for an impromptu trip venturing into the likes of downtown toronto. of course, this shopping trip fueled by my desires to hit up the shops downtown and just another fun outing day with the boy. so, we hit the qew and away we went. not much traffic, exit on yonge st, head up north, turn right at the hard rock cafe, and down the ramp into the underground parking garage of yonge and dundas square. our first stop included a trip into the huge hmv located on yonge st. both bradley and i bought some good finds. him, picking up a cool looking movie titled "last night" that he's been on the lookout for a while not, but his own workingstore sunrise didn't seem to stock or carry really currently. and me, picking up a side project of arthur "ace" enders. lead vocals of the great emo band, the early november. his side project cd, titled i can make a mess like nobody's business, caught my eye with the artwork for the album cover, which then lead me to see that it was related to ten stuff. and being a fan of this band, i knew i couldn't go wrong with this purchase. click here for a live movie clip of the track "whispering actually" off the i can make a mess like nobody's business album.

-now if we had gone to new orleans for reading week like my little restless and cabin feverish little body was itching to do, we could've caught the early november on tour in new orleans on the eleventh of february, with head automatica as a headliner. mmm. drat. another good opportunity missed. till next time folks.
back to my wonderful shopping trip downtown which headed us into the direction of the eaton centre through the sears entrance and which i got to experience escada's newest spring/summer limited collection scent for 2005, rocking rio. and it gets the jenny seal of approval. i will be telegramming the mee mee in the kong to purchase me a bottle of this goodness.
and so the eaton center didn't really bring about much of any enticement, and eventually we headed back out to yonge street for the ritual stop into urban outfitters. and lucky me, i managed to catch another one of their good sales. the "additional 50% redline items" good sale. to make things short, i managed to buy a lot of pretty things for a very reasonable amount. my closet is literally bloated to the brim with clothes. i need walk in closet installed stat.
so my day ended on a good note, with a sushi dinner with the girlies and a suspenseful movie called cellular. and now, it's time for bed and hotdamn it's cold. even though the weather man claims we'll be getting "spring like weather" for the next week or so. but i guess it was pretty nice today. it wasn't a bitter cold.
it's two five two: and after a late night excursion to blockbusters and sobey's for munchies i came home with this
jealous bradley?
a shelf stockful of fierce purple gatorade. excuse me while i spend the next week peeing out purple liquid.
