a story with a kiss that is mine to tell.
iTunes is spinning: jeff buckley -"last goodbye"current brainjunkfood:
so yesterday, after being a pain in the Lo family's bum and whining every part of the way, i grudgingly went along for the family outing (winky dog included) to the quaint lamma island. interesting tidbit: this is where chow yun fat was born yay. so our journey started:
welcome to lamma island. how did we get here? why ferry of course.
aboard the ferry, and because we had a dog, we had to sit in the cargo area, where we befriended another cute puppy.
obligated lo family picture just the five of us...
a few steps down the path from the ferry pier, we were greeted by another cute cocker from up above.
and among the cute little makeshift book stand store in an alley way, this is double,, one of the master's 7 dogs he owns. here is where i picked up candace bushnell's trading up for 20 hong kong dollars. that's cheap. that's like less than 4 canadian dollars! hurrah! now i've completed ms bushnell's set. and i can finally folllow janey wilcox's story from "4 blondes".
this is a ferocious kitty who doesn't let any strange mangly dog tread upon his territory. this kitty lives with an old man who owns a little dessert place where we stopped for refreshments before going on our way.
"the herbgarden" or outside the herbgarden. where dead sunflowers lie. it was pitiful site.
i got to be the lucky candidate who got to wait outside the herbgarden with the now reallyyy stinky winky dog who wasn't allowed to visit the pristine and immaculately kept garden. i didn't really feel the loss. see the sea behind me?
last but not least, we ate at a little cute thai restaurant/bar before we headed back to the mainland. it was located on "sunset bastard boulevard" haha. i thought it was funny. i had pad thai and a half pint of strongbow for dinner. it was yumms.
till morrow my friends.
it's hongkong time 12:32 pm and toronto time 11:32 pm and today my mom is making me clean my room before we head out to do our last few days of shopping. there's sitll so much iu want to buy i gotta to narrow it down and pick out a few investment pieces. besides, spending foreign money doesn't count. haha.
